Reservations & Policies

Reservations are made through VRBO!

Pets (only dogs - maximum weight of 25 lbs) will be allowed on a case-by-case basis; however, if your dog weighs more than 25 lbs, ask first. Your pet MUST be friendly with other dogs as dogs do reside on the property. You must pick up after your dog at all times and dispose of their droppings in the appropriate receptacle located near the workshop.
A separate fee will be charged per day for your dog.
If your dog does any damage to the property, you will be required to pay for the damage.
Always keep your dog on a leash.
Ensure your dog has flea and tick prevention as we reside in the woods.
While you are away from the property, place your dog in the crate.
Dog Walking services are available at an extra cost.

Before departing, place garbage and recycling in bins outside the workshop.
Leave used bedding and towels on the floor in each room. After each stay, the entire bedding is washed, including the comforters, blankets, etc.
Load dishes/glassware in the dishwasher and run.
Ensure the floor is "broom clean".
Empty the refrigerator as needed. Basic supplies of ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and relish are provided for you.
If the apartment area, fire pit areas, parking area, or areas around the property are left excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge.
